The Kentucky Assistive Technology Services (KATS) Network and the Kentucky Office of Vocational Rehabilitation are proud to present the 2022 Assistive Technology Workshop. After two years of virtual workshops, this year’s event will be held in person at one of our favorite venues, the Harold R Benson Research and Demonstration Farm at Kentucky State University. In addition to three days of top-notch instruction, we will be featuring an exhibitor hall with some of our commonly used vendors along with representatives of Kentucky’s Assistive Technology Resource Centers. Superior Van & Mobility will also be on hand to show off the newest advances in vehicle modifications. We’ve got a great slate of presentations this year including sessions on tech for folks with autism, DIY office ergonomics, driver’s rehabilitation, accessible documents, and much more!
There is no cost to attend the training and it is open to anyone with an interest in assistive technology. Lunch on Thursday, September 8, will be sponsored by Superior Van & Mobility. CRC and RESNA CEUs are available.
For more information, including session descriptions, the tentative schedule, and the registration form, visit the AT Workshop webpage at https://www.katsnet.org/atw22/ or see the attached flyer.
