Please mark your calendars for Wendell Foster’s “Quarterly Connection” on Tuesday, October 23rd at 8:30am. Quarterly Connection is a networking event, where a guest speaker will share about their role in the community.
This meeting will be filled with valuable information from:
- After hours with Isaiah INC: Shantel DeBortoli has started a new social club for adults with disabilities. Adults diagnosed with autism, Asperger syndrome, Down syndrome, brain injuries and other special needs are welcome. DeBortoli’s ultimate dream for After Hours with Isaiah is to have a building that could serve as a clubhouse where members can cook and share meals together, host movie nights, take classes in yoga and dance, practice social skills, and learn to sew or cook.
- Dream Riders of Kentucky: Kelly Flick – Executive Director, will share about their therapeutic horseback riding services to disabled children and adults. They serve over 300 individuals annually in Daviess and surrounding counties.
We will meet at Wendell Foster in the Young Meeting House and the event should last approximately 1 hour. We hope you can attend!
