Intermediate Care Facility

At Wendell Foster, our Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) provides a warm, supportive home for adults with disabilities. The ICF consists of four homes, each with eight bedrooms and four bathrooms, offering comfortable living for 63 individuals. Around-the-clock care is provided by a dedicated team who ensure that every person receives the support they need to thrive.

Each individual has a person-centered plan built around their unique strengths, interests, and goals. Person-Centered Specialists work closely with each resident to help them stay active and connected in ways that are meaningful to them. Whether it’s attending church, joining community events, volunteering, or exploring personal hobbies, every experience is guided by the person’s own interests and passions. Our focus is on helping every individual live their best life—filled with meaning, personal growth, and connection.

Services include:

  • Residential and nursing support, available 24/7
  • Recreational activities, community outings, and vacations
  • Buffet-style dining with personalized, nutritious meal plans
  • Physical, occupational, and speech therapy
  • Assistive technology to promote independence
  • Behavior supports

At Wendell Foster’s ICF, we’re more than just a home—we’re a family. Together, we create a place where everyone is valued, supported, and encouraged to live life to the fullest.

These services are covered through Medicaid benefits.

Who is eligible?
