Training Runs

Wendell Foster is excited to announce the Official Wendell Foster Half Marathon Training Runs! They will take place weekly from Legends starting on January 5th, 2019 at 7:30AM. Also, Rehabilitation & Performance Institute will be present to provide helpful information on running technique and injury prevention.

The training runs are free to the public, but all participants must sign the Wendell Foster Half Marathon Training Runs Waiver. Those under the age of 18, must have it signed by a guardian.
