1/13 – 5 miles
1/20 – 6 miles
1/24 – 5 miles
2/3 – 7 miles
2/10 – 9 miles
2/17* - No training run. Run 10 miles on your own or participate in the Anchored in Hope 10K at KWC!
2/24 – 7 miles
3/2 – 11 miles
3/9 – 12 miles
3/16 – 6 miles

All runs will begin at Legends. Doors open at 6:30 AM, runs at 7:00 AM.
