Training Runs

 

The Official Wendell Foster Half Marathon Training Runs will take place weekly at Legends starting on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at 7:30 AM. Also, Rehabilitation & Performance Institute will be present to provide helpful information on running techniques and injury prevention.
