Half Marathon & 5K Training Runs

The Official Wendell Foster Half Marathon Training Runs will take place weekly starting on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 7:30 AM. The first training run will take place at Rehabilitation & Performance Institute . All other runs will take place at Legends. Also, Rehabilitation & Performance Institute will be present at all runs to provide helpful information on running techniques and injury prevention. Starting September 24th, we will also offer training runs for those participating in the 5K. These will also start at Legends at 7:30am each week. Routes will be sent out prior to each weekend
