With our new Outpatient Services Patient Portal, you can:
- Review upcoming appointments
- View and pay your statements
- Direct message our front office staff
- Update demographic and insurance information
- Upload documents and insurance cards
- Sign consent forms
Getting Started:
To get started using the Patient Portal, speak with Front Office Staff to get your email invitation. Once you receive the email invitation, click the link. The password to log in will be included in the email. Your username will be the email address the link was sent to.
