Wendell Foster Names Vice President of Human Resources

OWENSBORO, KENTUCKY – Wendell Foster, a local non-profit agency serving people with disabilities, announced the promotion of Samantha Bostick to the organization’s Vice President of Human Resources position.
Bostick’s general responsibilities will include supervision of Human Resources staff, collaborating with Wendell Foster’s senior management team to foster the recruitment, development, and retention of employees, writing, administering, and interpreting personnel policies and procedures, administering employee benefit programs, and maintaining current and accurate personnel records.
Bostick previously served as the Payroll Accountant for Wendell Foster, beginning in 2019. She also held the position of Accounting Manager at BC Services prior to her role at Wendell Foster. Bostick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration, both from Murray State University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Tri-State Payroll Group.
